also supplies a healthy dose of vitamin C which plays an
important role in cancer prevention, healthy blood circulation
and wound healing. The orange is also a good source of the
crucial B-Vitamin folate, which is essential in preventing birth
defects and fighting heart disease.
Bananas contain the vitamin B6, which
regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood. They
are also beneficial for anemia, high blood pressure, brain
power, constipation, hangovers, heartburn, morning sickness,
