DIRECTIONS:   TAKE TWO LIFE CHANGE TEA BAGS AND PLACE IN 2 CUPS OF BOILING WATER.  REMOVE FROM HEAT.  PLACE A LID ON IT AND LET STEEP FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS.  THAT IS YOUR CONCENTRATE.  POUR THE CONCENTRATE INTO AN EMPTY GALLON SIZE CONTAINER AND FILL TO THE TOP WITH WATER.  KEEP REFRIGERATED.  DRINK up to 2 –  8 OZ.  GLASSES  (OR)  1 – 16oz. GLASS DAILY.  (LEAVE THE TEA BAGS IN BEVERAGE UNTIL CONSUMED)   IF YOU PREFER TO MAKE A HALF GALLON OF TEA,  JUST USE  1 TEA BAG, REPEAT THE DIRECTIONS AND DILUTE WITH A HALF GALLON OF WATER.
